THE GRADUATE RECRUITMENT SCHEME
The Bayer graduate program provides you with the opportunity to join one of the world’s leading Life Science companies.
Our 18 month program offers you the chance to gain exposure to senior leaders, develop excellent leadership and interpersonal skills and gives you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a function. You will be expected to take on responsibility and contribute from day one and will be given all the training and support you need to succeed.

- Sales and Marketing rotational scheme – Consumer Health (Sydney)
- Technical Services – Pharmaceutical / Consumer Health (Sydney)
- Agriculture – Crop Science (Melbourne)
- Finance (Sydney)
For each of the positions you will rotate around the function and gain experience in a variety of roles. Additional specific criteria apply to each of the roles – please see individual role criteria.

- Recently completed or expected to finish tertiary qualification by January 2018
- Must to able to start in January 2018
- Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to challenge the status quo
- Available for an assessment centre in late September in Sydney or Melbourne

The process will consist of an application form, CV submission, interview, personality or aptitude test and an assessment centre in September.

A. We’ll consider each candidate on an individual basis; preference will be given to those who meet the criteria.
Q. When and where will the interviews/assessment centres be held?
A. They will be held in the Sydney and Melbourne areas. Full details will be outlined if you are successful in your application but the assessment centre will be held in September 2017.
Q. Am I guaranteed a role at the end of the 18 month program?
A. We do not guarantee a role at the end of the program but we anticipate you would successfully apply for internal roles as available.
